- Industry filter: select desired industries to display in the results list.
- Search field: Enter the processing activity to be searched for.
- Hide imported templates: Hide or show imported templates.
- Further selectors depending on the subject area (e.g. categories, legal bases).
Industry filter
By default, the industry filter displays the industry specified during registration. By clicking on the "x" of displayed industry tags, you can remove them from the filter. If you click in the industry search field, you can add new or additional industries and then select them.
Search field
The search field searches in a full text search the name and / or description of the processing activities / TOMs / legal bases filtered via the industry. The result list is updated accordingly.
Note
To avoid multiple selections in one update process, the branch filter is locked for a short moment during the update process.
Hide imported templates
Robin Data Importer is intelligently designed. You can automatically hide already imported templates from the results list.
- Toggle the "Show all" switch to "Show non-existent": The result list will be updated accordingly.
Delete imported templates
Robin Data wants you to have an overview of available documents. If you import a document, open it and delete it WITHOUT saving it, the document will be credited to you again.
- You can delete the document directly by clicking the Delete button in the open document or delete it in the table.
- To close an open document without saving it, press the "X" in the upper right corner of the open document form.
- Or press the "ESC" key on your keyboard.
