Roles and Rights

In Robin Data, roles and associated rights can be assigned to users.

Currently, the following roles and associated rights exist:

company_admin	The user with this role has registered the client with Robin Data. There are no other rights associated with this role. Delete rights groups (Content groups) Change company logo Conclude/change subscription Change company data Create affiliate links Transfer role company_admin
admin	Users with this role can perform administrative activities: Personalise the client to the company Create users Manage users and their roles Import data Perform payment processes Manage organisational core data Use premium services (e.g. import persons, external contacts)
moderator	Moderators can currently create and edit rights groups and filter groups.
dsb_admin	Users with these roles can administratively create users when using the DPO Cockpit connected clients.
dsb	Users with these roles can use the DPO Cockpit.
customer	This role has each user in the system and enables the use of the booked functions.
master (deprecated)	This role has no function anymore and has been replaced by admin.
